German Hamburgers with Gravy
 
Ingredients:


1 lb. ground beef (your Choice)
2 slices bread, (diced)
1 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 small onion (diced)
1 egg, mixed well
1 can cream of mushroom soup


Preparation:

 Mix all ingredients together, except soup. Form burgers in 1" thick oval
patties. Fry burgers till done. Add soup to make gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles or rice
