Quesadillas

1 6-inch tortilla
Shredded mild cheddar and mozzarella cheese
Cooked, finely chopped broccoli and/or carrots
Cooked, finely chopped chicken

Place 2 - 3 tablespoons of the cheeses on 1/2 of the flour tortilla.

Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cooked, chopped vegetable of choice.
Add 1 teaspoon of finely chopped, cooked meat if desired.
Fold in half and microwave about 30 seconds.

Let cool and cut into wedges.
