VALENTINE COCONUT MACAROON COOKIES
4 c. coconut, shredded
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry
Jell-O
Mix all ingredients well. Mold into cookies. Put on well
greased baking pan and chill. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
