Marshmallow Yams

2 large can yams
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup small marshmallows

Place yams in oven 9x13 baking dish, add everything but marshmallows.

bake for 1 hour at 350F

add marshmallows to top during the last 10 minutes of baking
