Water
Leftover turkey and bones
Potatoes, cubed
Carrots, sliced bite sized
Onions and celery, sliced bite sized
1/2 lb. ditalini or any fancy macaroni
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
To a pot of water, add the turkey bones and boil. Take out
bones and cut turkey into bite sized pieces and return all the turkey to the
stock. Add all the vegetables and seasonings and simmer until vegetables are
almost cooked. Add macaroni to soup and cook until soft. Serve.
