1 can kidney beans
1 can butter beans
1 can (sm. beans) lima beans
1 lg. (55 oz.) can B & M baked beans
1/2 lb. bacon
2 med. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. dark brown sugar
Drain all beans until dry. Dice and fry bacon. Remove
drained bacon. Cook onions in bacon fat. Remove drained onions and set aside
with drained bacon. Add mustard, vinegar, and sugar to bacon fat while still
warm. Mix well and add to beans. Top the beans with the bacon and onions. Bake
1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees uncovered in a large casserole. These are so good
that any Saint will be glad to lend their name!
