3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 of can cream cheese frosting
Green M and M's
1 (4 serving) size instant pistachio pudding mix
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Green colored sugar
Line muffin cups with paper cups. In large mixing bowl stir together flour,
pudding mix, chocolate pieces, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In small bowl
combine beaten eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture just until
combined. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 18 to 20
minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Frost, sprinkle with green
sugar and then add M and M's on top.
