HALLOWEEN SMOOS
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted shortening
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
Beat eggs until light. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add milk
and shortening. Drop by teaspoons into hot fat. Roll into confectioners' sugar
