TURKEY STUFFING

2 pkgs. cubed stuffing with herbs
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lg. can black olives, drained

 

Sauté celery, onions and mushrooms in butter. Add to bread cubes. Add chicken broth and olives. Mix well. Stuff turkey or bake in casserole, 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes.

Wildthing Tip: Put your stuffing inside a cheesecloth bag and tie it up, then place bag and all inside turkey. When turkey is done, just pull out the bag of stuffing. Saves alot of scooping time and less waste too.
