| Popcorn Snowballs Ingredients 2 Bags Microwave Popping Corn 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 bag (10 1/2 ounces) miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup each miniature red and green gumdrops, cut in half Instructions 1. Microwave Popping Corn (follow package directions), remove unpopped kernels and set aside. 2. In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter then stir in marshmallows, stir constantly until marshmallows are completely melted. 3. Turn off heat and quickly stir in popcorn and gumdrops until well coated. Working quickly with greased hands, using a 1/2 cup measure, form into 16 balls. Cool completely before wrapping individually and storing in an airtight container. |
