1 stick butter
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
6 c. cornbread crumbs
4 c. biscuit crumbs
1 tbsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
4 c. chicken or turkey broth
Cook onion and celery in butter (chopped fine). Cook until
tender. Mix all together and bake in greased roasting oven pan or cookie sheet
for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
