Basic White Sauce
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
in a small sauce pan, over medium low heat, melt butter, add flour,
salt and pepper and stir continuosly until mixture becomes bubbly
slowly stir in milk, while whisking to dissolve any lumps,
bring mixture to a low boil to until thickened.
