GRAVY MIX

1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 tsp. garlic, crushed
1 tsp. ginger root, crushed
Mushrooms
Sugar peas and Cashews

 

Combine cornstarch and soy sauce, garlic and ginger root. Marinate dinner poultry 20 minutes. Sauté onion slices and celery with 2 tablespoons oil over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove to platter. Sauté poultry in 1 tablespoon oil over high heat until browned. Add mushrooms, cashews and sugar peas. Mix well. Add vegetables and gravy mix until thick. Serve over rice.
