SPANISH RICE
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cans Spanish rice
1-1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can whole kernel corn, drained or use frozen corn
4 strips crisp crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp. red crushed pepper
Brown ground chuck with onion and green pepper. Add rest of
ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated throughout.
