POTATO DUMPLINGS
2 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
About 2 cups flour
Grate potatoes; add salt, egg and flour. Mix well.
If is too stiff add a little water (1/4 cups or less).
Drop small portions from tip of spoon into boiling water.
From 7 to 10 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water.
Serve with cottage cheese or cabbage.
