Savory Sage and Onion Stuffing

1 bag 14 to 16 oz cubed stuffing mix
1 large onion (chopped)
4 ribs of celery chopped
1 can chicken broth (about 12 to 16 oz)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1 clove of garlic, minced fine
1/2 cup butter melted
2 large eggs ( beaten)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a large bowl, empty contents of bag of stuffing, pour chicken broth and melted butter over stuffing mix and allow to sit while you chop your vegetables, add chopped vegetables, sage and garlic, toss ligtly, add beaten eggs and toss to mix well, mixture should be moist and begin to hold together, if not, add more chicken broth or water.
stuff turkey as desired or place in a 9 X 13 pan, cover with foil and bake at 350F for about 1 hour, If crispy top is desired, remove foil for last 20 minutes of baking.
