Summer Veggie Stir Fry

2 ears fresh corn
1/4 cup sweet red bell peppers, chopped
1/4 cup sweet Vadalia onions, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoon Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
salt and pepper to taste

Cut the corn off the cob. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat

and saute the corn, peppers and onions for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Add Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki. Saute about one minute more. Serves 1 or 2.
