STEWED CABBAGE
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 onion
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons catsup
Salt and pepper
Brown onion in butter. Add water. Add shredded cabbage.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add catsup slowly, stirring occasionally,
about 45 minutes, until is done. Add vinegar and flour, bring to a boil and serve
