Squash Casserole
 
1 med or 2 small zucchini or yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 or 8 oz. sour cream
1 small onion
cheddar cheese (shredded)
herb stuffing mix
4 tsp. margarine
 Chunk cut squash, chop onion and boil together until tender.  drain well: add soup and sour cream. 
In casserole dish melt butter,
Cover or almost cover bottom of dish with herb stuffing mix.
Sprinkle cheese over it.  Pour squash mixture over it.
Sprinkle with cheese and herb stuffing mix
 
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes..
