Spinach Cheese Bake
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 packet liquefied Butter Buds
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in 1 1/2-quart
casserole.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes, or until heated through.
