Green Bean And Mushroom Casserole
2 LB fresh cleaned green beans
12 oz sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup butter
1 small diced up onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup canned french fried onions
2 tablespoons slivered almonds

saute veggies in butter until the texture you want.  add soup and  cream, stir to combine. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with french fried onion and almonds bake at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
