The quicker you chop an onion, the less time it has to make you cry.
For a quick chop, start by cutting off both ends. Peel.
Slice the onion in half and lay the flat side down on a cutting board.
Make long slices across the onion, going up only half the length,
then cut crosswise into slices for a nice dice.

Use a loofah to clean vegetables--
