Quick Pie Crust

1 and 1/2 cups plain flour
2 and1/2 tablespoon firm butter
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water or 2 tablespoons water

Place flour (do not sift) and butter in food processor

and process until like breadcrumbs. With food processor running,
add egg yolk and a little water only until pastry balls of its own
accord and sits above the blades of the machine.
Pack and roll out dough.
