Pie Crust
1/3 cup shortening
1/3 cup butter
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 1/3 tablespoon boiling water
Cut or rub shortening and butter into flour, add salt, baking powder, then boiling water,
mix to form dough. Divide in half. Roll out to size on a flour dusted surface. Makes a
9" top and bottom crust. Can be refrigerated or used right away.
