Old Fashioned Molasses Pie

1 1/4 c. molasses
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 unbaked pastry shell
Bring molasses & butter to a boil in saucepan. Beat eggs until light &
fluffy. Mix flour & sugar w/eggs, add to molasses mixture. Pour filling
into
pie shell. Bake at 350 F. for 30 mins. or until set.
Serves 8
