
APPLE PIE 1
Add to 1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon corn starch
mixed with little warm tap water
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon real lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of cinnamon
Mix in 4 cups baking shredded apples
Cool then put it in a unbaked piecrust with another top crust or crumbs.
Bake at 450° for 15 min. turn down to 350°F
Bake until the apples are soft.
