AMISH PEANUT BUTTER PIE

8 oz. cream cheese-stir until creamy
8 oz. evaporated brand milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
* No heating required except for baking a pie shell

Mix well and pour into a baked pie shell, refrigerate until cool
