RHUBARB-APPLE CRISP

Ingredients:

2 cup Fresh rhubarb, cut up
2 cup Apple pie filling
[chopped]
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup Sugar
3/4 tsp Apple pie spice
3/4 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Butter

Procedure:

1. 1) mix the fruits and place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish, 6x10
inch.
2. Sprinkle with salt...
3. 2) measure sugar, flour and cinnamon and spice into a bowl.
4. Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly.
5. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb...
6. 3) bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
7. Serve warm with cool whip or vanilla ice cream...
