FROZEN FRUIT DESSERT

CRUST:

 

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar

 

FILLING:

 

1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 tbsp. Real Lemon juice
1 can fruit pie filling (cherry, strawberry, peach)
1 tall can crushed pineapple & juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts, optional

 

Crust: Mix like pie crust. Spread 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Mix well condensed milk and lemon juice. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust. Freeze. Remove 45 minutes before serving. Filling may be made without crust and served as salad.
