ELFIES OATMEAL MYTIFS

Recipe for: 1 13x9x2 pan

Ingredients:


2 cups Quick cooking oats
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Butter melted
1 cups White chocolate morsels chips
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 cups Packed brown sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 1/2 cups Concord grape jelly

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 by 13
inch pan, and line with greased foil.
2. Combine brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and rolled oats. Rub
in the butter using your hands or a pastry blender to form a crumbly
mixture. Press 4 cups of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread the jelly to within 1/4 inch of the edge.
3. Sprinkle the white chocolate morsels about 1/2 inch apart.
4. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top, and lightly press
it into the jelly
5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in preheated oven, or until lightly
browned. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
