VELVEETA FUDGE

1 lb Velveeta cheese - cubed
1 lb butter
2 tsp vanilla
4 lbs powdered sugar
1 c cocoa
2 c chopped nuts - optional

Melt cheese and butter in the microwave. Add vanilla.
Mix well. In large bowl, mix sugar, pecans and cocoa together.
Add melted cheese mixture.
With your hands mix everything together and pat into a lightly oiled cookie sheet
Refrigerate.

This is so easy and the cheese makes it creamy without the taste of cheese.
