Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
8 squares of semi sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 ounces cool whip topping
choice of:
toasted coconut flakes, grated semi-sweet baking chocolate,
crushed oreo cookies, choped pecans, colored sprinkles
1. Microwave chocolate in a large microwave bowl on high for
2 minutes, or until chocolate is soft. Stir until completely melted.
3. Stir in peanut butter until well blended.
4. Cool to room temperature.
5. Stir in cool whip.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Scoop mix with teaspoon and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll on coating of choice.
8. Store in refrigerator.
