Quick Microwave Chocolate Fudge

4 cups sugar
1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup butter or margarine
1 package (12 ounce) semi sweet chocolate bits
1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow cream or 2 and 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans nuts

In a very large microwave proof bowl, mix sugar, milk and butter.

Cook in microwave oven on High for 12 to 18 minutes,
or until a few drops of mixture in cold water forms a soft ball
(234F on candy thermometer.)
Stir well every 3 minutes during cooking.

Stir in chocolate bits and marshmallow. Stir until well blended.
Add and mix in the vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered 9 inch square dish.

Let Cool.
