BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 can (5½ oz.) evaporated milk
1 package (12 oz.) butterscotch flavored pieces*
1 jar (1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extact
Using a 2 and ½ quart casserole dish, combine sugar, butter and milk.
heat 9 to 10 1/2 minutes on HIGH until sugar is dissolved, stirring twice.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until butterscotch is melted.
Turn into well greased oblong baking dish. Chill until firm; cut squares to
serve
