Tropical Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1 can , 8 oz , crushed pineapple undrained 1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup coconut
Glaze:
1-1/2 c confectioners sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp coconut

Combine cake mix, pineapple, milk, eggs
nutmeg. Beat on high for 2 minutes.
Stir in coconut
Pour into 2 greased 8 by 4 loaf pans.
Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. For glaze, combine sugar and
milk
Drizzle over loaves, top with coconut
