Triple Chocolate Cake

1 Duncan Hines devils food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
 1 c. chocolate chips

Mix together 1st 4 ing as it says on the box. Stir in pudding and chips

 Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
