FUDGE CUPCAKES
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. butter
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate squares
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, flour, and eggs together. Melt butter and chocolate together. Add nuts and vanilla to chocolate mixture. Blend chocolate mixture into sugar mixture, do not beat. Fill muffin tins half full and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields: 2 dozen
