Broiled Coconut Frosting

3 tablespoons melted butter
5 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons light cream
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Mix all ingredients. Spread on warm cake before removing cake from pan.
Broil until sugar is melted and bubbles.
This takes only a few minutes, and should be watched carefully, as it burns easily!
