| 7 - Up Cake Cake: 1 box lemon supreme cake mix 1 box lemon instant pudding 1 ( 10 -oz.) bottle 7 - Up Topping: 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 Tblsp. flour 1 stick margarine 2 eggs 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup flaked coconut 1 cup chopped peacans Cake: Mix all ingredients; beat 3 minutes with an electric mixer at medium speed. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Topping: Mix sugar, flour, margarine, and eggs. Cook until thickened. Add fruit and nuts, mixing well. Pour topping between layers and on top of warm cake. |
