HAM n POTATO BREAKFAST 

5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 1/4 c. chopped, cooked ham
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Paprika
Dash cayenne

 

Combine all ingredients except paprika and pour into ungreased 4"x13" dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
