12 slices good bread crust removed
12 slices Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 lb. chopped or sliced ham
2 c. milk
Butter bread and place in buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole.
Place half the cheese on top of the bread, then all the ham. Add remaining
bread and cheese for next layer. Beat milk, eggs and pour over bread and
cheese. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
