2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
2 lbs. sausage
1 tbsp. dried onion
1 c. rice, cooked
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Brown sausage and onion. Drain grease. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
Layer 2 cups Rice Krispies, sausage, rice and cheese. Mix eggs, soup and milk.
Stick knife into casserole to allow mixture to penetrate. Pour egg mixture
over top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Rice Krispies over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40
to 45 minutes. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
