no time for a bath? just wrap yourself in masking tape and
remove the dirt by simply pulling it off.
(extra hint - pull hard and fast and save yourself from having to shave!)

Omelet Muffins

Heat oven to 350
Lightly oil or spray a large muffin tin

Ingredients:

  1 cup - Chopped up ham, bacon or sausage (very good with a mixture of all)
  1/2 cup - Chopped onions
  1/2 cup - Green peppers
  8 - Eggs
  1/2 Cup - milk
  3/4 cup - Grated cheddar cheese
  1/2 tsp. - Black pepper

Put meat/onions and peppers in a skillet. Cook on medium until done. Drain grease.
While meat mixture is cooking, Beat eggs with milk and pepper until mixed well.
Add cheese and stir.

Spoon meat mixture evenly into each hole in your muffin tin. Pour egg mixture
over each, no more than 3/4 of the way full.

Place on middle rack in oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Eggs should
rise like muffins and be slightly moist on top. They will finish cooking as they cool.

These freeze well and can be popped frozen into the microwave for a minute or 2!

**** Experiment! If you like it in an omelet, you'll like it in these!
         Also good with chopped up chicken. I like them with salsa on top too!
