Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in large bowl. Stir in
honey, oil, remaining water and wheat flour. Mix until smooth. Stir in enough
bread flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead 5 to 10 minutes on floured
board. Place in greased bowl, cover with a towel. Let rise until double in
size.
Punch down and divide in half. Flatten into a rectangle
and roll to form a loaf. Place in 2 greased 9 inch loaf pans. Allow to rise to
top of pan.
Bake on low oven rack at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
Freezes well.
