2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 tsp. curry powder, optional
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. English Muffins
Toast muffins. Spread cheese mixture about 1/4 inch thick.
Broil or toaster oven until cheese mixture is melted and lightly browned.
Serve hot.
