2 slices English muffins
3 tbsp. pizza sauce (each slice)
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese (each slice)
Open English muffin. Spread the amount of sauce with a
butter knife. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese
melts. Eat and enjoy. You may add other toppings, such as ham or mushrooms,
etc.
