Since bread is square, why is sandwich meat round?

Cowboy Ranch Rolls


3/4 cup warm water
1 packages active dry yeast
½ cup leftover mashed potatoes
1 sticks soft margarine
2 eggs
3 ½ cups all purpose flour
¾ teaspoons salt
½ cup sugar

Mix yeast with water. Stir and set aside.

Combine potatoes, melted margarine and eggs and stir.
Mix in the flour, salt and sugar then, pour in the water
with the yeast in it and blend in.

Put in refrigerator for a day.
Next day; (up to 3 - 4 days) preheat the oven to 350-F.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes approximately 14 rolls
