Melt butter with other sauce ingredients. Place half-shell
oysters on hot barbecue grill. Spoon sauce over oysters and close lid over
grill for a few minutes. Sprinkle oysters lightly with Parmesan cheese and
barbecue another few minutes.
NOTES: Shucked oysters can be broiled in oven with the
same sauce. For "light diet" butter can be reduced to 2 tablespoons
and then use 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin).
