– 2 lb hunk of bologna or bigger (uncut)
Your
choice of BBQ sauce
Crank
the BBQ to high … while you are preparing
the bologna for BBQ’ing.
down some if you find the meat is cooking too fast.
Cut
the bologna into ¾ to one inch thick pieces…
Score
lines diagonally (about ¼ inch deep) across
the bologna slices on both sides.
Lightly
brush one side with BBQ sauce (you can do the other side while it is on the
BBQ).
Place
the BBQ’d sauce side face down on the grill and cook until brown
When
the first side is browned to your liking …flip it over and cook the other side
the way you like it.
If
you like cheese you can put a slice of cheese on the top piece while other side
is cooking.
Warning:
if you do, DON’T FLIP IT OVER makes for a messy BBQ grill
