1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 or 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
In a small bowl combine ingredients, pour over beef, pork or
chicken. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight turning occasionally. Remove
meat from marinade, grill or broil as desired. Baste frequently with marinade
